Delivery takes place within 4–7 business days from the moment payment is received. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location within South Africa.

We deliver nationwide across South Africa.

A standard delivery fee of R95.00 per order applies, regardless of location.

Someone must be present at the delivery address to receive the order. If no one is available to accept the delivery, any additional costs incurred (including re-delivery fees or courier return fees) will be for the client’s account.

Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are correct. Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information will be at the client’s cost.

Orders are processed once payment reflects in our account. Processing may take 1 business day before dispatch.

While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect delivery times. We will communicate any known delays.

Customers may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

All returns must be sent by mail to our designated return address.  

We currently do not offer in‑store or kiosk returns.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Food items (including biltong and droëwors) cannot be returned if opened or tampered with for health and safety reasons.
